Our property inspections are designed to satisfy the needs of insurance providers to ensure compliance. Once briefed with your void property requirements, one of our trained inspector will visit site at a pre-determined date and time to carry out an initial internal and external inspection. The results of this inspection will be reported back to our client and any issues highlighted along with recommendations to rectify. Any works instructed will be carried out accordingly by a dedicated team of in-house operatives with costs kept to a minimum. Following on from this we would then visit your site on a regular basis at agreed timescales and frequencies, weekly/fortnightly or as and when required by the client. All issues are then reported direct from site via a property inspection tablet and form, and forwarded via email for records and evidence. In addition to, and further ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, all our inspection vehicles are tracked and reports can be provided.
