North Star has recently employed a new member of staff to help service the insolvency and facilities management division. Philip has over 15 years’ experience in the industry and we welcome him into our business. The Facilities Management division has also recently been awarded a preferred supplier status with Oystons Property Management and we look forward to a successful partnership going forward.
Works carried out by North Stars Facility Management Division include the following: Regular void property inspections, lock changes, insurance compliant works from complete drain downs to remote alarm installations, security boarding and property protection, property clearances as well as traditional building maintenance type work such as plumbing, electrical and joinery requirements through to roofing works and full property refurbishment projects. North Star offer planned, reactive and emergency response maintenance services to a large number of blue chip organisations.
